The TomTom GO Plus features a large, 3.5", 320x240 color TFT; touch
screen display and many of the latest features in automotive
navigation.
TomTom includes a 1 GB data card with each GO Plus system, which is
preloaded with all of the Tele Atlas detailed maps of the United
States. Also the TomTom GO Plus is packaged with a set of CD-ROM's
containing detailed map information from Tele Atlas for the United
States and Canada, so you can program additional SD cards for Canadian
map coverage. The Tele Atlas map information will allow you to look up
addresses or one of millions of points of interest, so you can set your
destination and let the voice and visual prompts guide you safely to
your destination. The GO Plus features a highly sensitive 12-channel
receiver plus TomTom's Unique Assisted Satellite Navigation, which will
allow uninterrupted navigation even when traveling in tunnels. The GO
Plus makes it easy to recalculate if you come up on some traffic, an
unexpected road block, construction, or you just want to take a
different route, just use the find alternative feature and the unit
will find a new route. The GO Plus has an internal loudspeaker and 3D
view of the map that will make navigating a snap. The internal Li-Ion
battery will last up to 5 hours on a full charge, and will recharge
from the included 12v or 110v adapter. Languages are available in
Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Danish, and Swedish.
